Positive: Great location, Rustic charm, Good wifi, Good hosts. Tea, eggs, milk and soft cakes provided. Great pub nearby.

Negative: Bordering a very busy road so very noisy if your windows are open especially in summer - carry your own fans if needed. Advertised as 2 bath but 1 only has shower and other only has a bath - depending on choice only 1 will be effective.

Summary: Great location, Rustic charm - noisy though due to traffic if windows are open.
